When do I use UDP or TCP transmission mode?
User Datagram Protocol (UDP) and
Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) are the two protocols used for transmitting data during a wireless streaming session.
Depending on your wireless network environment—for example, signal strength or interference—choosing
UDP or
TCP may improve streaming performance.
