Enrolling the headset using the device enrollment token
There are two ways you can enroll your headset in
Microsoft Intune using the device enrollment token.
- Upload the token directly to the headset
- Use the token to create a batch configuration package that you can upload to the headset
Uploading the token directly to the headset
-
Rename the device enrollment token from "QRCodeContent.json" to "DeviceConfiguration.json".
-
Copy the renamed JSON file to the root folder of the microSD card inserted in the headset.
-
Factory reset the device. See Resetting VIVE Focus 3 (factory reset).
The device enrollment token will be applied automatically after the headset restarts. Now you can set up the headset for Microsoft Intune. For details, see Setting up the headset for Microsoft Intune.
