Is there a way to restart the tracker?
If the tracker has a persistent problem that can't be solved, restart the tracker. Restart the tracker by pressing the power button for five seconds to turn it off, and then pressing the power button again for one second to turn it back on.
Note: If the tracker doesn't want to turn off, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to force the tracker to turn off.
