How do I update the converter's firmware?
Make sure to keep the converter's firmware up-to-date so it always has the latest features and enhancements.
Here's how to update the firmware:
Important: Make sure the converter's USB Type-A cable is connected to the PC.
- In VIVE Hub, open settings and go to About.
- On the VIVE Streaming tab, click Update next to Update Converter firmware.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to update the converter's firmware.
Important: Don't disconnect the converter from your PC until the firmware update finishes as it may cause the converter to malfunction.
