Troubleshooting VIVE Ultimate Tracker
If you have problems pairing
VIVE Ultimate Tracker, try the following:
- Make sure VIVE Ultimate Tracker is fully charged, then turn it on and try pairing it again.
- Turn VIVE Ultimate Tracker off and back on, and then press and hold the power button for two seconds to enter pairing mode again.
- Make sure the firmware is up to date. See Updating the VIVE Ultimate Tracker firmware.
